Service: Idea with partridge, lightly fried foie gras, blanquette de veau, langoustines, fish in sauce and old cheeses.  Serve at 14-15°C. It has the potential to be kept for 3 to 8 years.

Bright yellow gold colour. The aroma is complex with notes of ripe  fruit (dried apricots, quince, pear), honey, vanilla and a touch of biscuit. In the mouth it is well balanced and generous with a richness that gives a truly aromatic finish. As a young wine it is incredibly powerful and becomes more polished after a few years of keeping.
