PN 1328

Getting better every year, P.N. 1328 (a combination of the initials of the variety and the cadastral number of the parcel of vines inherited by the family in 1809) is beyond praise. It is impossible to decide whether this Pinot Noir is better on the nose or in the mouth. As much animal as fruity, as much coherent as surprising, as much sophisticated as basic, this is superb. It invades the mouth, superabundant, smooth. Timeless. Its friends : Faisan Cocotte, Noix de veau, Onglet de cheval, escalope aux girolles.

Grape Variety : 100% Pinot Noir

The story: First wine of the domaine, PN for Pinot Noir is the only cuvée named after its original cadastral number, especially because it is the very same plot that has been preserved since the 19th century. The Ampelidae adventure started with these vines in 1995, after been planted by Monique and Christian Brochet in 1981.

Service : Ready to be tasted now and for the 10 years ahead.
