Le C begins with the purity that comes from old wine chardonnay fruit, and continues through gentle
hand harvesting to winemaking that involves both natural and new, including the oak barrels. With
nuances of pistachio and almonds subtly enriched by a hint of maple, this wine is dense yet still
freshly delicate. Its lingering sensual finish speak foretells years of development.

Le S

The recipe for a grand vin begins with great grapes which always require dry soil, cool climate, old
vines, and hand harvesting. The Sauvignon blanc grapes of the Poitiers region obtained in this fashion,
combined with the winemaking skill of Ampelidae, and barrel aging, give birth to Le S. Its tropical
aromas lend powerfully in the mouth to a prolonged finish. Capable of aging well for 5 years.

The crown jewel of the Ampelidae family, the Pinot-Noir from this Poitiers region limestone soil gives
wine are treated with care at every winemaking step. A classic bouquet of cherries with toasted
nuances introduce the mouth to a tightly woman wine that conquers all before it. Excellent longevity.

Le K a black and rich Cabernet-Sauvignon matured in new oak. Fresh cassis and vanilla introduce an
imposingly fleshy wine which can serve as a perfect condiment for stuffed turkeys and roasts.

Le Y

The convergence of Gamay grown on an exceptional terroir/ soil close to Poitiers, and a winemaking
approach specifically designed to enhance the variety results in this wine called Y (pronounced
Gamma ). It displays fruit that is incredibly fresh yet dense with a complex background of subtle
flavor sensations. Delicious when young, it also rewards aging.

It is because Le X (from the Greek Khiros Meaning pink ) is treated in the same fashion as grand vin
(that is to say with careful winemaking and barrel aging ) that it possesses its aroma of raspberries that
explode to an impressive length in the mouth (and length in the bottle up to 7 years ).
